What is Knowitalls?
Knowitalls provides creators with a platform to easily connect with their followers and offer their expertise, guidance, knowledge and more. Creators can create a profile page, set their own rates, and offer paid 1:1 video sessions with their fans.
So, can people find my profile?
Until we open the Knowitalls portal where people with questions will find an expert just like you, the only way for people to find you is to share your Knowitalls profile link yourself.
You can share your profile link anywhere - on your channel, website, social media, and your email signature. You could go nuts and put it on your mic boom, on the side of your race car, on your helmet or plop it on your jersey.
What does it cost for the Knowitall?
It’s free to sign up. When you create your profile, you’ll specify your rate for each 10 minute session that clients book. If you charge for your sessions, you’ll receive 85% of the fee paid by your client and Knowitalls Inc. will receive 15%. If you specify zero-cost (free) sessions, you’ll pay nothing to Knowitalls, Inc.
Can I change my rate?
Sure, as many times as you would like, but any sessions booked under your then advertised rate will be charged at that rate.
How do my Clients pay?
Your clients can confidently use their credit or debit cards, as we use Stripe for secure transactions. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Apple Pay and Google Pay coming soon...
